I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail that everyone at Rock Solid displayed from my first conversation with you (Kay) and Wade, to Jeff calling this morning to make sure our neighbor was happy with the wall.
Of all the home improvement projects that we have embarked on, this has been, hands down, our best experience. And best of all, our neighbor was actually beaming with delight last night when he saw the completed wall for the first time. Thanks so much!
For installation projects, once a bid is sent to a client, the contract signed, and start-up payment received (50% of the project, plus WA state sales tax), the project is scheduled as soon as we are able to start work. In some cases, clients are able to make an advance down payment to have work begin at a specific time.
Once work begins, we invoice clients on a regular billing schedule until the project is completed. The final 5% holdback payment is collected once the client and RSL are in mutual agreement that the work has been completed and the project quality has met expectations.
